Please understand by submitting an order you agree to K&A Lace Wigs, terms of conditions and company policies.
Please Note: For the Lace Wig Measurements,
DO NOT measure by yourself. Have someone measure the areas indicated. Write the measurements on a piece of paper.
THEN – measure each area a second time and record on our order form.
Please measure accurately to ensure your wig fits perfectly. We are not responsible for any inaccurate measurements.
All payments are to be made expressly and solely to K&A Lace Wigs.
K&A Wigs is not liable for monies paid to any other entity(s) other than the aforementioned.

Note: We only accept payment by most credit/debit cards, Money Orders, Pay Pal and Western Union.
At K&A Lace Wigs, we ask all our customers to inspect their packages for any errors made on our part. All discrepancies must be made within 24 hours upon receipt of your package. We do not give refunds on any custom made lace wigs, but you will be able to exchange or receive store credit only if the wig has not been worn, the lace not cut or torn and no oil or make up stains on the lace. The wig has to be in the exact condition you received it in. You have to mail the wig back to us and provide a tracking number within 24 hours of the original delivery of the wig. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE!
Due to the personal nature of hair all sales are final. K&A Lace Wigs is also not responsible for any merchandise stolen or damaged after they are delivered to the address given for shipping. We issue a tracking number for all merchandise shipped. All shipments require signature at delivery. Thank you for your understanding.
K n A Celebrity Lace Wigs is not responsible after item has been shipped and delivered to the address given to the customer.
Once you have placed your order and production starts, NO REFUNDS will be issued.
If an order is cancelled before production of the wig, there is a $150 per wig cancellation fee. If you get your wig and there is a problem, please notify us immediately within 48 hours upon receiving your unit, no complaints will be considered valid later than that.
We do not accept Returns on wigs that have been altered NO EXCEPTIONS. This includes but is not limited to doing any of the following:
DO NOT Cut the Lace
DO NOT Tear or Rip the Lace
DO NOT Put Glue on the Unit
DO NOT Put products on the Unit
DO NOT Put any chemicals on the Unit
DO NOT dye the Unit
DO NOT attempt to correct the problem yourself prior to calling us
DO NOT Style or Cut the Hair of the Unit
DO NOT Perm the Unit
DO NOT WASH OR CONDITION the Unit
DO NOT WEAR the Unit
DO NOT destroy or lose original packaging including wig caps and bags
Units that are damaged by customer will not be accepted under our return
policy.
If you do any of the above, we WILL NOT accept the return and this policy will not apply. NO EXCEPTIONS.
We DO NOT issue refunds. If you meet the terms of condition, you will receive an exchange or store credit.
RIGHT TO REFUSE A CLIENT
As a side note, management reserves the right to cancel an order and/or issue a return, and pursue legal action against any customer who is deemed hostile. Hostile customers are those who initiate chargeback without valid cause (particularly after the receipt of goods), initiate returns without any documentation or notification, threaten/harass staff members in person, over the phone, and via e-mail, and those who attempt to slander and/or commits acts of libel against K n A Celebrity Wigs, we will take all legal steps to refuse future service to such clients.
We are not interested in legal battles, but we are prepared to take them on when necessary.
